Bump Out

At the end of both the Hobart and Launceston theatre run the show is ‘bumped out’.

This means moving all sets, costumes, props and equipment out of the theatre and returning it to its state prior to bump in. This can even mean removing the curtains and/or repainting the floor.

The crew will have this in full swing by the time you finish your last show but all cast members are expected to jump on deck and support the bump out as a team so everyone can close off the show and move off to the end of show celebrations as soon as possible.
