If at any time you are experiencing any issues, difficulties or have any concerns, please speak up. The Committee, Choreographer, Director and Vocal Coaches have all made a commitment to support you, but can only do so effectively if they are made aware of any issues as they arise.
For example, please let a member of staff know if:
There is a reason you may not be able to perform to your fullest during a rehearsal or show, such as illness, injury or personal matter
You have concerns with the behaviour of a cast or crew member
You have concerns with the content of the production
You are uncomfortable with any of your lines, lyrics or acting parts
If you see or experience anything that ‘doesn't feel right’
There are a number of avenues for support depending on what you are most comfortable with
We recommend that your first port of call should be the director, however, any member of the committee or crew is available to provide you with confidential support.
All Old Nick productions should have a nominated cast liaison person to act as an interface between the production’s cast and crew and the Director and /or Production Manager. This person will be made known to all cast and crew at the first rehearsal. This is your ‘go-to’ person to report a Code of Conduct violation. Your cast liaison for Now Scheming is TBC.
Darcy may be contacted by email via TBC or mobile TBC.
All Uni Revue cast and crew members should be able to contact a nominated Old Nick Committee Liaison person in the event that other options are not appropriate or suitable. The Committee person nominated is not a direct member of the cast or production team but is a member of the Old Nick Committee, and is not associated with any third party service such as the Whistleblower Hotline. This person will be made known to all cast and crew at the first rehearsal. Your Committee Liaison for Now Scheming is Victoria Croall.
Victoria may be contacted by email via victoriacroall@hotmail.com or mobile 0438 689 675.
You can provide feedback using our online form - you can choose to be anonymous if you wish. The online form will be sent to the Committee of Management and kept on a feedback register.
We also subscribe to a Whistleblower Hotline service that will allow you to raise any issues anonymously and via an independent third party who can, with your permission, help case manage your issue and act as a 'broker' between you and the Old Nick Company.
Let us know something is wrong 24/7 by calling 1800 922 559 or submitting a form online.
We will work with you to formulate a plan that you are comfortable with while still having regard for our legal obligations. You can read more about the process in our Complaints Policy.
